The Public Education Foundation announced a partnership with Penn National Gaming to create the Diversity Scholarship Program. The $1 million donation from Penn—which operates Tropicana Las Vegas and the M Resort—is part of the company’s commitment to promoting equity in post-secondary education opportunities for dependents of its team members who have financial needs.
