Parking violations might lead to a run on school supplies as the City of Las Vegas announces a program to pay tickets with donations of items used in classrooms. Donated items will go to the PEF Teacher Superstore, a nonprofit associated with the Public Education Foundation.
Only certain violations will be eligible between May 1st and June 14th.
