Hispanic and Latino Legacy Dinner | October 2, 2026
PEF hosts the Hispanic and Latino Legacy Dinner/Cena Patrimonio de Hispanos y Latinos each year. This cultural celebration recognizes inspirational Hispanic and Latino leaders and has awarded more than $240,000 in life-changing scholarships through PEF’s Scholarships Plus program and the Hispanic and Latino Legacy Scholarship.

The Golden Apple Gala | January 9, 2027
The Golden Apple Gala is our signature fundraising event to support PEF’s programming. The event gives our community the opportunity to come together to support public school students at a stylish party. During the event, we recognize the many donors who make PEF’s work possible by investing in our public schools and celebrate community members who are committed to our students.

Black Girl Magic Juneteenth Jubilee Luncheon | June 18, 2026
PEF hosts the Black Girl Magic Juneteenth Jubilee Luncheon: Education IS Freedom each year. Held in concert with the Juneteenth holiday, the event celebrates phenomenal African American women of the past, present, and future while raising more than $200,000 to support PEF’s Scholarships Plus program and the Black Girl Magic Scholarship.
