Zhan Okuda-Lim, The Public Education Foundation’s Director of Policy and Analytical Research, is passionate about improving our public schools.
Okuda-Lim is a native Nevadan and a 2011 Clark County School District graduate who has earned degrees from three Ivy League institutions: an A.B. in Public Affairs from Princeton University, an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University, and an M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
