The City of Las Vegas is allowing residents to pay off parking tickets by donating school supplies. The program runs through May 1st and June 14th. Anyone who gets a parking ticket during that time can pay it off by donating pencils, erasers, index cards, scissors, or any other school supplies of equal or greater value to their ticket fine.
