Black Girl Magic
Juneteenth Jubilee Luncheon
11:00am to 2:00pm
Location: Worre Studios
PEF will host the fourth Black Girl Magic Juneteenth Jubilee Luncheon: Education IS Freedom on June 18, 2026. Held in concert with the Juneteenth holiday, the event recognized community leaders of the past, present, and future while raising funds to provide scholarships for local students through PEF’s Scholarships Plus program.
Meet The Fifth Little Girl

For the first time, Sarah Collins Rudolph – the Fifth Little Girl and survivor of the bombing – will attend our event created to honor the life and legacy of the Four Little Girls. Her presence transforms this moment from remembrance into living history, bridging past and present in a powerful act of healing, witness, and purpose. What began as a tribute to four young girls becomes a full-circle moment of resilience, as the survivor joins the very community inspired by their memory.
Ms. Collins Rudolph will join Honorary Chairwoman and PEF Board Member Nikki Fargas for an intimate conversation reflecting on her journey from pain to progress, aligning the gravity of our shared history with the joy and freedom celebrated through Juneteenth. A community gospel choir – a signature piece of the Black Girl Magic event – will serve as a soundtrack for this important conversation.
This moment will usher in the next chapter of Black Girl Magic: introducing four new scholarship recipients and launching a fifth scholarship in honor of Ms. Collins Rudolph, ensuring her legacy empowers generations to come.
